Private performance & recovery coaching
Train for the next twenty years, not the next twelve weeks.
I work in person with a small number of clients at a time. One to one, on your schedule, in your space. The protocol travels to you.
Seven years, selected work
Who this is for
Time is the constraint, not motivation.
There is no age bracket and no starting point required. What my clients share is a schedule that does not fit a normal gym routine, and the wish to stop guessing. The work is building something that survives travel, a bad quarter, and a decade.
A
Demanding careers
Long days in the district, late finishes, constant travel. Training and recovery built around the week you actually have, not an idealised one.
B
Private households
Discreet, long-term coaching for individuals and families, at home, at the office, or at a resort. Complete privacy is part of the service.
C
Past the plateau
You already train and it has stopped working. We measure properly, fix what the data shows, and build a system you can hold for years.
How it works
Four stages, in order.
Nothing here is a package you buy off a menu. The sequence is the same for everyone. What comes out of it never is.
Stage 01
Assessment
Movement screen, current bloodwork and wearable data, sleep, travel pattern, and what your week actually looks like. We measure before we prescribe.
Stage 02
Protocol
Training, recovery, nutrition and sleep built as one system around your real calendar, not an idealised version of it.
Stage 03
Delivery
Everything is coached in person. Most sessions run at a five-star hotel in Riyadh with full use of its facilities, and I also train at homes, offices and residences. On the road, the protocol travels with you.
Stage 04
Adjustment
Data reviewed weekly and the protocol changed when the data says so. This is the part that makes the first three worth anything.
What we actually work on
The session is the smallest part.
An hour of training does not decide how you feel at four on a Thursday. What surrounds it does. These are the levers, and we pull the ones your data says matter.
Sleep and circadian timing
Sleep architecture, light exposure, and how to hold a rhythm across time zones.
Strength and movement
Structural capacity, mobility, and the quality of every rep rather than the count.
Recovery and nervous system load
Heat, cold, breathing and rest, used deliberately instead of as decoration.
Nutrition and fuelling
What you eat, when, and how it holds up in hotels, boardrooms and long flights.
Environment and habits
Light, temperature, air and the small daily structures that make the rest possible.
Data and readiness
Wearables and bloodwork read properly, then translated into a decision for the week.

The High Performance Reset
The framework I use with private clients, written down. How training, recovery, sleep and nutrition fit together as one system, and what to fix first. Read it and you will know exactly how I work.
